Dr. Tyler Phan

Dr. Tyler Phan is professor in anthropology and a licensed acupuncturist. In 2010, Dr. Phan started Pittsburgh Community Acupuncture and continues to provide community acupuncture for the Pittsburgh community in Braddock, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Phan has been teaching acupuncture and traditional Asian medical systems for two decades. With a firm commitment to translation and dissemination of traditional medicine, Dr. Phan created Lingshu Online, a resource for translations of one the oldest acupuncture texts.
